Terms of Service

1. Consultation Services & Fees

We provide a 30-minute 1-on-1 digital strategy and marketing automation audit consultation for a pre-qualified structural fee of **₹49** (inclusive of all applicable taxes). This is a one-time promotional slot fee to filter out spam bots and ensure genuine booking commitments. Booking does not initiate any recurring billing sequences or subscription covenants.

2. Scheduling & Slot Commitment

Upon successful processing of the ₹49 fee, you will receive access to our digital booking calendar to select an available video slot (Zoom/Meet). If you fail to attend the scheduled call without prior notice or rescheduling at least 2 hours before the slots, your structural fee is forfeited, and we reserve the right to restrict access to future bookings.

3. Accuracy of Customer Data

To complete the booking and get your custom Growth PDF blueprint, you agree to provide complete and accurate business descriptions, phone numbers, and referral details. Providing false coordinates or dummy numbers may result in immediate cancellation of your consultation slot without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, software recommendations, workflows, design files, or PDF checklists provided to you during or after the strategy call are owned by Oneron Technologies Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to implement the recommendations inside your own business, but you are strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, or commercially repackaging our systems roadmaps as agency templates.

5. Disclaimer of Business Guarantees

While the Market Machine System helps optimize tracking pipelines and reduce lead leakage, Oneron Technologies does not guarantee specific conversion margins, click costs, or commercial sales turnovers. Business growth is dependent on third-party referral variables, market niche demands, and independent client execution.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oneron Technologies Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our strategy blueprints. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the ₹49 booking fee paid by you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will post the updated terms on this page. Continuing to access our services after revisions become effective constitutes your binding consent to the updated terms.
