Refund & Cancellation

At Oneron Technologies Pvt Ltd, we stand behind the value of our 1-on-1 strategy consultations. We want to ensure a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process regarding your structural booking fees of **₹49**.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies arise and schedules change. You may cancel or reschedule your booked strategy call slot at any time up to **2 hours before** the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations or changes can be processed directly via your booking confirmation link or by emailing our support desk at digitalteam@gmail.com.

2. Refund Eligibility Guidelines

A full refund of your ₹49 booking fee will be approved under the following conditions:

  • You request slot cancellation at least **2 hours prior** to the scheduled call time.
  • Our systems engineering team needs to cancel or reschedule your slot due to internal constraints and you choose not to select a new slot.
  • You attend the scheduled video session, but we fail to deliver your customized Growth & Traffic Roadmap PDF within 48 hours after the call.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will **NOT** be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You miss the scheduled video call (No-show) without giving prior notice at least 2 hours in advance.
  • You provide incomplete, false, or dummy company parameters during registration, resulting in automatic system cancellation.
  • You attend the session and receive the strategy audit blueprint but simply choose not to implement the recommendations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at digitalteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — Order ID". Please include your booking email ID and transaction ID from your Razorpay receipt. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from your scheduled call date.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is audited and approved by our billing desk, the refund is initiated instantly via our payment gateway (Razorpay). The refunded amount will automatically revert to your original payment instrument (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet). As per standard banking timelines in India, please allow **5 to 7 business days** for the amount to reflect in your account statement.
